Why do you need to try Giesen Profiler?
Let’s start at the beginning: A roasting profile is a collection of data points in a graph or table which will help you understand the changes during coffee roasting. It shows you what temperature and which adjustments were done at that time.
It will be a lot of work to record and compare all of these data points by hand. It will also affect the consistency of your roasts. Giesen Profiler is invented to record your roasting sessions and to repeat profiles automatically. It helps you keep track of all your roasting sessions and lets you export them. Basically, Giesen Profiler saves you valuable time. Use those hours to keep discovering new roasts while playing with drum speed, pressure, temperature and power settings.
“Roast, record, save & PLAY’
Get control over your roasts with Giesen Profiler
You can roast & replay and each batch of coffee will taste the same. You will, however, remain in full control. Even though Giesen Profiler performs your profiles, if you need to make an adjustment – any adjustment – you can! Of course, you still have to take various other aspects into account. Such as the humidity, environment temperature, bean density, weight and a lot more factors. So when you notice any of these factors affecting your roast, you can jump in and adjust the drum speed for example.
With Giesen Profiler you can set up smart roasting profiles by using triggers. This means that when your roast performs a certain condition or at a certain time, you can have multiple actions following. For example, you can set Giesen Profiler to adjust the power to 10% as soon as your bean temperature hits a specific goal temperature. If you are in possession of a W45A and up, you can also have the intake go off automatically or control the stirrer. The possibilities for these profiles are endless and make it possible to largely automate your roasting. The environment temperature can always differ, but if you roast using bean temperature, you will always have a consistent roast.
