These hand held heat sealers can easily be made suitable for table use by means of two clamps and a foot pedal. With two serrated jaws for cellophane, waxed paper, foils, military specification barrier material, (paper-) aluminium and other laminations.

Audion Super Cello, type 300 SCT
These heat sealing tongs can be used for a variety of applications requiring a constant heat sealer that can be used at the location of the item to be sealed. The 4.5 metre long power lead enables the user to walk around with the unit and seal packages on site. The comfortable insulated grip of the machine keeps the handle cool even when the temperature of the jaws rises to 250°C. The Super Cello’s can be used for sealing Paper and Aluminium laminates. The temperature of the jaws can be adjusted from 60°C to 250°C to suit the type and thickness of the material to be sealed. Both sealing bars are heated providing efficient heat distribution.

LAMINO 200/300
The Lamino heat sealer can be operated by foot pedal, leaving both hands free for handling the priduct. The profiled sealing bars apply high pressure to seal different kinds of laminated bags e.g.: paper, aluminium, PP and cellophane. A brim on the seal bar ensures the correct position of the seal. As well as pedal operation, the LAMINO can also run in automatic mode (timer controlled).
The LAMINO has an electronic temperature controller (digital) with a temperature range from 50°C to 150°C (+/- 1%). It has an auto test function and automatic setup of the temperature control parameters.
The Lamino can also be supplied with a code seal; our LMC model. Max. 12 characters can be placed in the special seal bar to emboss a production date / expiry date or batch number.

TT-SEALER
The TT-sealers are pedal operated machines, controlled either mechanically (TTS model, see picture) or pneumatically (TTC and TTCD model, see picture). This leaves both hands free for packing. The profiled sealing bars are constantly heated and the sealing temperature is adjustable. The TTCDmodel is equipped with timer and digital temperature control.
Using pre-made bags the TT sealers can be used for sealing Paper and Aluminium laminates. The temperature of the jaws can be adjusted up to 200 °C to suit the type and thickness of the material to be sealed. Both sealing bars are heated providing efficient heat distribution. As it is equipped with a digital temperature control unit, the 300 TTCD may also be used for sealing Cellophane and Polypropylene.

D 555 NVT BAND SEALER
The D 555 NVT is a tabletop vertical band sealer. Pre-made bags are sealed standing up, which is ideal for powder, liquid, or solid products that would spill if sealed lying flat.
Adjustable supports on the belt guide the package during the sealing process.
The sealing unit can be adjusted in height to suit different sized packages.
D 555 NVT is equipped with an easy-to-operate digital control panel.

D 552 VT BAND SEALER
D 552 VT is a vertical band sealer, designed for large pre-made bags that are sealed standing up. It is ideal for powder, liquid, or solid products that would spill if sealed lying flat.
D 552 VT is equipped with an easy-to-operate digital control panel.

The sealing head on the D 552 VT can be rotated 90°, from vertical to horizontal, and is adjustable in height.
The conveyor belt (length 140 cm, width 25 cm) is also height-adjustable up to 55cm, this is the maximum bag length. The speed of the conveyor can be synchronized to the sealing unit from the control panel. The machine can also be supplied without the integrated conveyor, as the D 552 V.
